I've synced my quicken files to my mobile (iPad Pro) but they don't open. It keep sending me on a loop to explain how to sync them.

Hello llc24,
Sorry, you have yet to receive a response.
I would start by verifying that the Quicken ID being used to sign in to the mobile app matches the Quicken ID listed in the desktop.
To find this information go to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services.
In the same Window, do you see a Cloud Account Nickname listed?
Let me know how it goes!

Just to clarify - you need to setup on the desktop software which account you want Sync'd with the Quicken Cloud.
Then, the SYNC has to be performed...
Next - on the Quicken Mobile App - you must of course use the exact same Quicken ID as the desktop software. You said they are the same....You might also try the Quicken on the Web interface, to see what happens there...
