How to convert Quicken 2002 for Windows data to Quicken for Mac now.

I have a Quicken 2002 for Windows file that I need to convert to Quicken for Mac. I have read that I need to convert my file to Quicken 2004 first. Is there any other way to do this? I have no access to a PC now.

To migrate from QW2002 to QMac you will absolutely need access to Windows in some form (WIndows PC or run Windows on the Mac using a virtual machine), as the converter from QWin can only handle files that are from QW2004 and newer, and ideally, from QW2010 and newer.
