Quicken pulled out of foreign markets about 15 yrs ago. That said, there are users in the UK that do just fine with the US version, understanding that there are no online services supported outside the US and CA.
To place an order directly from Quicken, you can simply use a real US address. It is not used for registration nor validation of a credit card payment. Or you can try online vendors like Amazon, which are probably cheaper anyway.Have Questions? Help Guide for Quicken for Mac
