Can't convert from Quicken 2007 file

Conversion from Quicken Mac 2007 to Deluxe 2019 won't work. I get this message: "An error occurred while preparing the file to be imported."

Have you tried re-indexing your QM2007 files before importing it (CMD-OPT-B; you would see a dialogue box re-indexing the file)? And if that does not work try using File > Save a copy... to create a new clean-up copy of your data file.
