Chase Account in Quicken Mac

Downloaded my account from chase (checking account) and when I go to submit a transaction, the balance doesn’t change. Support on Twitter didn’t have an answer. Really confusing coming from windows version

Did you try closing and reopening Quicken as Michael suggested above?
What are the dates of the transactions that you are attempting to enter?
Where is the balance not changing? Is this in Today's balance or the running balance of the register?
Can you try to get a screenshot that shows the transaction in the register and the balance?

I've seen this before in older versions of Quicken, though I haven't seen it recently that I can recall. After you close and reopen, is the balance updated or is it still the wrong information?0
