Update version problem

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I have updated to the New version R21.16. Today I opened Quicken,m first time since update, and I have a messed up data file. The last month of transactions are missing and Transaction are trashed., I need someone to help me fix this mess. I can't find the quicken help telephone number. This is critical.

    Also, can you restore from a backup? That's the best place to start from if you have it.
