How to see or report individual security history in a brokerage account?

I'm trying to craft a report on individual mutual funds held with others in a brokerage account. When customizing a report, I want to filter by "Payee" (e.g. "S&P 500"). But the list of Payees doesn't include Securities, for some reason.

You generate this report directly in the Transaction View of the account.
Open the account in Transaction View.
Set the date filter for All Dates.
Check that register is sorted by Date.
Go to the Search field at upper right.
Key in the desired security name (or Symbol in latest release - Symbol column must be displayed)).
The register will then display all transactions for the desired security - in chronological order.
If desired, you can adjust dolmens displayed to suit your needs.QWin & QMac (Deluxe) Subscription

Thank you, that works! I just assumed from prior versions of the software that this had to be done from the Reports menu.

No, "dolmens" are the high priests of downloaded transactions, and you must bow to them and do their bidding lest they render your program unable to connect to your financial insttutions. The dolmens can be particularly fickle; do not ever make the dolments angry.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19933
