Quicken isn't completing an investment transfer from investment account to checking account

I have BBVA Investments. I've got that set up online in Quicken. I transferred money from the Investments to my personal checking. It showed up as a deposit in checking. But in Quicken there is the red flag in the investment account. When I click on finish all a little box pops us with "i" and several zeros and an OK button. It's like it's not knowing what to do with the money?

When you click on a partial sale transaction to accept it, you will get a dialog that asks whether you want to use the average cost or lot ID method to compute the capital gains.
If this is a taxable account, you should look online or consult with your financial instution to see what method was used when you sold the investment and pick the same method in Quicken, so that Quicken's records will match your FI's.

Thanks Greg, that really helped! I don't know the lot numbers, I'm assuming I could find that on my statement? If not is cost basis method average cost a viable method? Thanks again!0
