My Quicken data on both my IPad and IPhone never shows transactions. Shows refreshing for hours

    i guess the solution is to never sign out of the web application on the mobile devices. Seems to solve the problem but not a very elegant solution.

    It’s been “refreshing “ for about 6 hours now, still no transactions showing. Interestingly enough, on my laptop, the information ( including transactions) loaded almost immediately.
    I’ll leave it running overnight to see if that works, but I’m not optimistic.
    Are there other IOS users who have the same issues?

    Follow up. After 8.5 hours, it finally loaded transactions!! However, when I closed the program, and reopened it, it started the entire process again. If it takes 8.5 hours each time the program opens, it is totally useless!!
