My Quicken data on both my IPad and IPhone never shows transactions. Shows refreshing for hours

Is this the 1st time that you've uploaded to the Q Mobile App?If so, it's not unusual that it could take hours ... since it's uploading about 2 years worth of data.I suggest that you just let that upload run overnight.

i guess the solution is to never sign out of the web application on the mobile devices. Seems to solve the problem but not a very elegant solution.0

It’s been “refreshing “ for about 6 hours now, still no transactions showing. Interestingly enough, on my laptop, the information ( including transactions) loaded almost immediately.
I’ll leave it running overnight to see if that works, but I’m not optimistic.
Are there other IOS users who have the same issues?0 -
Follow up. After 8.5 hours, it finally loaded transactions!! However, when I closed the program, and reopened it, it started the entire process again. If it takes 8.5 hours each time the program opens, it is totally useless!!0
