What version of Windows are you using?What's different between old and new location?e.g., Old location was your home WiFi, new location is at work, behind a corporate firewall blocking you.Are you now using a VPN to connect? This is known to cause issues with Quicken.
Check if Windows Defender feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
If so, configure it to add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection:

It is normal for Quicken to prompt for the Quicken ID when the IP address of your machine changes.
Perhaps the third-party Quote service was unavailable at the time. It appears to be working fine right now.0 -

I tried it twice more.
I type in my Quicken password
It says "Success!! indicating the password was correct.
However when I leave this response, I get a prompt saying the Quicken stock price service is unfortunately unavailable at this time, and please try later.
I have tried this many times but still can't download stock prices from this location and on this PC laptop.0 -
