How do I enter a stock transaction to reinvest a dividend that has foreign tax included?

Have not been able to enter a foreign tax deducted from a dividend and have the cost basis come out correctly.

I think you should be able to enter it as
Div (Gross amount)
MiscExp (Tax amount)
Bought (Net amount, # of shares, let Quicken calculate the price per share)
