I am having the same issue when attempting to confirm new investments (i.e. ticker symbols). Hopefully someone will help us.0

Hi Quicken_Tyka,
When the Matching Securities screen pops up and I hit "no" (because it's a new security) Quicken shuts down. Any recommendations?

Sorry, to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty.
I would start by running the validate repair tool, the steps can be found below.
