Mobilligy is an
online bill payment application for smart phones. You should be able to remove it from you phone the same way you remove any other application from your phone. If you haven't already, you may want to review:

I've never heard of mobillgy. Please explain further ... and provide screen shots so that we can understand your issue.
Also, you've spelled the word mobiloli?y 2 different ways. Which is correct?
