Variable number of reporting periods?

Is there a way to add a time period selection for reports that allows for a certain number of periods? A selection offering the choice of "For the past [xxx] of [yyy] to [zzz]", where xxx is a number, yyy is type of period (weeks, months, quarters) and zzz is the ending date would be valuable, and offer flexibility not currently available in Quicken.

This functionality would be useful, for example, if I wanted to see the change in my net worth for the past 13 weeks, by week, or see a rolling four-quarter review of assets. While partly achievable with existing choices, a number/periods/end date selection would make it much easier.
