Can Property Management be done on the Web?
1) What is supported on the Web?
2) Is Property Management (now part of your business package) only going to work locally on a Windows platform?
3) If I am forced to use the Windows version of your business package - what will be supported on the Web?

Quicken Web is only a companion software that still requires the desktop version to fully function. It does not work totally independently. It still needs to sync its data to the desktop file, where much of the functionality still resides. The web only allows simple data entry of transactions, syncing to bank data, and monitoring balances (which are synced with the desktop file). By default, it initially only gives access to the last 2 years of data in your file and accumulates new data as it is entered. But this may not be permanent. If you ever have to purge the data in the Quicken Cloud (as can sometimes be necessary), then you will sync back to the desktop, but again only the last 2 years. The web cannot perform reports, or any business functionality, e.g. invoices, etc. And it definitely does not perform property management. For these, you can only get these in the Windows version at this time.If you want to use a Mac, you can either install a virtual machine on the Mac to run the Windows version or you can install the software on a windows computer then access it remotely via the Mac.HTH
