inaccuracies and missing entries

Most times when I use the entries I put in do not always end up in the web register, or sometimes the amount I enter is set as $0.00 after I click on the save icon.
When I sync with Quicken desktop, many of the entries I made with the web app do not sync to my desktop Quicken.
I've chatted with support at least 4 times over the past year and they always have me do a bunch of resets and validations and renaming files and disconnecting from the cloud and reconnecting, but despite their efforts, the problem remains.
Do any of you have that happen? What can be done to fix it? It seems to be a problem with
