cannot add Wells Fargo Credit card to mobile sync

When trying to add my Wells Fargo Cashwise Credit card to Mobile sync I get the following error."The Account "Cashwise Credit Card WF" was not synced Parameterinstitutionlogonidmust be specified for this account. The problem is that I am adding the password then selecting update. This works with non mobile so what is wrong here?

What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Help>About Quicken (QWin) or Quicken>About Quicken (QMac). Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you.
If you have not already done so, please review the information outlined here for steps on fixing errors when syncing with the Quicken Cloud.
Please note that there is an exception listed for Wells Fargo accounts, as follows:Exception Wells Fargo Accounts - Wells Fargo Customers using the Mobile/Web Apps will receive a prompt to enter the login credentials each time the Mobile and/or Web App is accessed. This is due to frequent resets of the Financial Institution server which clears all saved, previously entered data to protect User privacy.Hope this helps!
