I get an OFX client unsupported error when trying to enable Quicken for mobile app.

I am trying to set up Quicken for my mobile app. It fails trying to connect with my bank (part of the Glacier Family of Banks) even though I regularly download transactions from that bank. I talked to my bank, but they think they support Quicken. What's wrong? Where do I get the help I need, and what do I tell them.

Hello Steve, I hope you have gotten some resolution to this error. If you haven't, I use Glacier Bank as well and have the same issue. I found this note in small print at the glacier bank website. It states that "direct connect is not compatible with online versions of quickbooks and quicken."
However if you de-activate the account(s) (Tools-Account List-Edit-Online Services), then go to mobile and alerts and add the accounts they should show up in the mobile app and online versions. I hope this helps.6

Hello Steve,
Thank you for providing the details of this issue to the Community, although I apologize you have not yet received a response.
Please take a moment and review the information available here and post back to let us know what version and release of Quicken you're using.
Additionally, what connection type is being used to link Glacier Family of Banks in Quicken for transaction downloads?
Let us know!

I am using Quicken Subscription, currently Year 2020, Version R23.18.
The connection type used by Quicken is Direct Connect.
Is that what you needed?0 -
