If you are able to save a backup or a copy to a local drive, Quicken is having an issue accessing the external drive and Windows reboot may help. Otherwise, I suggest you restore a backup saved prior to the issue.

What is the path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?

I'm not using either of the applications you listed. It is 3 directories deep on an external drive.

What is the full path and name of your Q data file? Starting with the drive letter thru the .QDF that the file ends with.
