Good evening. I have been using QUICKEN for quite some time and recently had my PC die.  The GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy were able to save my hard drive. As i was getting a new device, i asked them to upgrade my QUICKEN, but now I am unable to open the file  I do not remember my old ID or password so I tried to reset to current email but I still cannot access file or get the account screen as shown on help screen on your website.I worked on line with GEEK SQUAD for 2 hrs with no help so  I would love if you could help me.
