Two issues that I can't figure how to solve.

1- Ending Balance is a lot higher than Online Balance.
2- When comparing my bank account activity and Quicken transactions, I realize that an entire month of transactions is missing. How do I fix?

How frequently do you "Update Accounts"?You should do it at least once a week. If you have pauses longer than a month between updates, you may miss out on transaction downloads. Here's something you can try to get the missing month's transactions downloaded, but please be sure that you have or create a backup of your Quicken data file before you do it (just in case something bad were to happen):
Reset your account Starting Date for downloaded transactions.
- Go to the Online Center by selecting the Tools menu > Online Center.
- In the Online Center hold down the Ctrl key and click Contact Info.
- In the Refresh Online Transaction Information window, choose the account you are having problems downloading a full range of transactions.
- Click on the Reset DTSTART
button.
Warning: Using this function resets Quickens list of last downloaded transactions. This means that after this button is reset, it is possible you will download several duplicate transactions. - Choose the earliest date of a transaction you are missing and click OK.
- Click on the Refresh button.
- Attempt to download again.

1) The Ending balance in Q includes Future dated transactions and transactions that you've recorded in Q but have not yet cleared the bank. Online Balance only includes transactions that have cleared the bank.2) Which month? A recent one? And, do you download from the bank into Q?

Thank you for your reply. The month missing is from Nov 2nd to Dec 12 2019.
I typically just do 'Update Accounts' for all accounts within Q and all transactions are downloaded. I've tried to select just the account in question and a manual "Update Now" but that hasn't solve my issue. I also noticed a transfer from Sept 3 that hasn't been captured in Q but was cleared by the bank. I am now worried about the accuracy in Q.0 -

AFTER you've been thru steps #1-6, simply initiate a download into the account the same way that you normally do.
