Support directed me here, said someone here may be able to help.
Using 2020 R23.21
Attempts to create a new Western Union Prepaid Mastercard account prompt me for username and password (which i have verified correct), then return with the "Sorry" message referenced in the title.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Help>About Quicken. Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you.
You mentioned that Support referred you to the Community, however, according to this Support Article, contacting Support would be the resolution pathway for this specific error.
Do you receive any other error message(s), by chance?
You may need to directly contact Support again so that this can be further reviewed and potentially escalated.
