Errors and Troubleshooting (Windows)
Western Union Prepaid Mastercard - Sorry. We encountered an error. (It’s not your fault)
thecontes
Support directed me here, said someone here may be able to help.
Using 2020 R23.21
Attempts to create a new Western Union Prepaid Mastercard account prompt me for username and password (which i have verified correct), then return with the "Sorry" message referenced in the title.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Thanks.
