Downgrade from Home & Business to Premier

What are the consequences of opening a Quicken file originally created in Home and Business 2017 in the Premier 2020 edition? Will I lose all the "business" categories and business data? Then later, if I decide to use the Home and Business edition again, will I get back the business related data that was in that Quicken data file before? Thanks.

The only effect will be the loss of access to the H&B features. All data will still be preserved when you downgrade and will still be there if you upgrade again. So no loss of data.
