How does one report issues?

How does one report issues with Quicken. For example, during CY2019 everytime I entered a tax related item, it pops up an annoying message as if the entry was for tax year 2018? This is a stupid question to be asking in Dec 2019.

Click "Report a Problem" under the Help menu. Unfortunately, you will not likely get a personal reply that way but Quicken will be alerted to the issue. You can even include a link to this thread so someone can follow along any further discussion.
