The web address for my bank is incorrect. How does this get resolved?

I had used Quicken for Windows for years and now have downloaded it for Mac, importing my data. When I try to log in to my bank, the bank name is correct but the web address is not. Previously, it was correct and I downloaded transactions easily. How is this resolved?

This article covers steps for verifying that the URL used is incorrect. If the URL is incorrect, the financial institution will need to report this URL change to the Quicken financial services provider through their account manager.

What happens when you actually try to download? Because Q frequently uses a different URL than what you'd use ... so this might not be an issue.
