My budget is not adding up Quicken 2020

I am trying to do a budget but my categories are not adding up.

Where are you seeing this issue in the budget? Are the actual amounts not adding up or the budgeted amounts?

What type of categories are you seeing a discrepancy with? Income or Expense?

Are these amounts part of a split transaction possibly?
