Transactions not pulling for 4 months

I want to use Quicken for Web for one of my files. I did a sync and the last transactions on the web are from August. There are 100's of transactions from August to December that are not pulling.
Any advice or what am I doing wrong?

I would start by taking a look at the steps outlined here particularly the steps under " I am Missing Transactions On the Mobile App."

Your bank, card, etc sets how far back transactions can be pulled. 30-90 days is customary.Do you have those transactions in your desktop Q? (Although it sounds like no, I had to ask).If no, see if you can go to those particular banks/cards/etc and initiate downloads from their websites into Q ... and then re-synch.

This one checking account is manual entry only. I have never hooked it up to our bank online.
Its just weird that no data since August is transferring to the web version.0 -
What Q desktop product are you running? What BUILD of Q? What's the "Valid Thru" date of your Q?You can find this info at HELP, About Quicken (or Quicken, About Quicken for QMac).
