If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
Still not working?
Let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.
Please perform all the steps in this document:
Troubleshooting 101 - Fixing Software Installation and Data File ProblemsReports saved in prior versions, especially transaction based reports, may not carry over correctly from the old version. Pull up the saved report and go into the Customize dialog. If there's a "Reset columns" button, press it. This should make the report work again. Remember to save the modified report, replacing the old saved copy.
If all of the above does not help, please provide more details, including screen image snapshots showing the problems. https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7867159/faq-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot-in-the-community-from-windows#latest
