Cannot Get Citibank Account to Update on the mobile app

No issues on the Desktop app, that updated just fine with "Update Accounts"
On Quicken Mobile App, getting error message.
I have done the thing where I go to my Citibank account to authorize the app and have 10 minutes to perform the action. The error message I get in Quicken Mobile when I swipe "Fix This" states: Information does not match with our record. Please make sure you select the correct Financial Institution and enter correct username/password.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.Also, if you haven't done so already, please take a moment to review the steps and information available here
In the desktop version navigate to the Tools menu in the upper left then select Account List. Click Edit next to your account, then choose the Online Services tab at the top and provide the connection type being used.
