Just bought Starter AND Deluxe - how to get refund for Starter

Says something about add-0ns in IE?
I thought I could just download it into a new file....
Any suggestions>
Or do I have to go back and renew the Quicken Pro instead?

BTW... if you want, you could still possibly pursue getting your Starter version properly installed, and get a refund for the Deluxe - personally, I would stick with the Deluxe as the Starter version is limited in features, and your data becomes Read Only if your subscription expires - -

In my frustration, I guess I mis-identified the names.
I wanted to download my Deluxe version to 'Starter' version becuase I no longer wanted the investment services. I then tried to download the Starter version and was given the message that I could not finish the installation.

So I decided to go back and purchase the 2019 version of Quicken Deluxe. I was able to download that version and it carried all of my information forward to the 2019 version.

Now I need to find out how to get a refund on the Starter version that I could not use.

How do I do that?
