You can only have one version of Quicken installed, typically. So installing Starter uninstalled Deluxe. You need to uninstall Starter and reinstall Deluxe to get to the Investment Accounts.

Hi @pminotti ,
Start over with the product, then restore your Manual Backup File.

Did you install the Starter Edition with a different Quicken Id (QID) than the one associated with the Deluxe Edition? If you did, you have changed the QID associated with the installed version. What you need to do is go to Edit->Preferences->Quicken Id and "login as different user"" using the QID for the Deluxe Edition. There is NO re-install required, just changing the QID associated with the installed program, because Quicken installs the WHOLE program and the QID decides which features you can access..
-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
- Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

"There is NO re-install required, just changing the QID associated with the installed program, because Quicken installs the WHOLE program and the QID decides which features you can access.."How does this work for an expired/sunsetted version that's a higher level version than the newly purchased and installed version? I assume that Quicken does delete the old program and installs the current version, but logging in with the old Quicken ID in effect upgrades the version the user purchased to the higher level old version?0
