    In general, NO.  You'll lose all of the H&B functions, including the H&B business reports ... but your data should come across cleanly.
    The only issue MIGHT arise from what Q product year your coming from and going to. If it's too big of a jump, then some intermediate steps might be needed.
    RECENT Q product years have kept the same data file layout ... so no conversion is even needed for them.

    If you changed your mind could you then switch back (from Deluxe to H&B)?
