If you changed your mind could you then switch back (from Deluxe to H&B)?
Yes, you just need to upgrade your license back to H&B.

In general, NO. You'll lose all of the H&B functions, including the H&B business reports ... but your data should come across cleanly. The only issue MIGHT arise from what Q product year your coming from and going to. If it's too big of a jump, then some intermediate steps might be needed.RECENT Q product years have kept the same data file layout ... so no conversion is even needed for them.
