All Quicken editions except
Starter
should allow you to directly download stock prices:

Hi
@vildamama1901
,
Thanks for posting to our Community.
You can track loans, investment, and retirement accounts in our Deluxe, Premier and Home & Business Plans.
You are able to obtain quick quotes (Premier and Home & Business), download current/historical security prices and manually update prices. For more detail on what these processes would look like you can visit this
FAQ
.
You can click
Here
to view more details of each plan and see which would better suit your needs.

What are "quick quotes" and how are they different from what you can do in Deluxe?
Perhaps this is a carry-over from years ago when Quicken was organized differently and there was an "Investing center"

I think there's some bad information out there, including "quick quotes."
See
this page
. It mentions a path to quick quotes which does not exist. (I have Premier.)
It also mentions a "Today's Data" tab which does not exist.
Perhaps
@Quicken Julio
can enlighten us about this.

Thanks for bringing these details up to my attention,
@Rocket J Squirrel
.
I've submitted this article for review. We will work on getting a revised version up ASAP.
