How do I set up a brokerage account from West Fargo?

When I setup a brokerage account from West Fargo, the value is not downloaded. The account has been created but with a value of 0.

    Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab.

    West Fargo     does not support Quicken.

    "West Fargo" is a city in North Dakota.  Do you mean "Wells Fargo"?

    Did you ..... Tools --> Add Account --> Brokerage --> ??
