Keep getting update prompts

Hi, I keep getting a prompt to install the new version even though I've done it about 8 times already. How can I get this to stop? Thanks.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response. 

    If you haven't done so already, I would start by going to File > Save a Back and proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

    @Elizabeth Snively When you check Quicken > About Quicken, what version does it show you are running? 

    There is a problem which comes up occasionally where an invisible file in the Applications folder actually prevents a new version Quicken from being installed. Please read this post from a Quicken engineer which describes how to delete the invisible file.
