Quicken Membership issue

I received an email from renewals@quicken.com that tells me my membership expires on 3/30/2020. However, when I check My Quicken Account from inside the Windows software, it shows that I auto-renew in April of 2021. What is going on here?

    I bought 2 years right off the bat, so I haven't renewed anything since the purchase.
