Quicken Membership issue

I received an email from [email protected] that tells me my membership expires on 3/30/2020. However, when I check My Quicken Account from inside the Windows software, it shows that I auto-renew in April of 2021. What is going on here?

If you have already renewed the subscription, you may ignore the email.5

They are probably working off of a registration of an older version of Quicken.As Sherlock stated, "You may ignore the email."
