Quicken Mobile for Android has stopped showing Quicken World Mastercard transaction notifications

Over the past few weeks I've noticed that I am receiving no notifications on my Motorola Moto Z3 Android phone from the Quicken Mobile app when I use my Quicken World Mastercard. I've disabled and re-enabled the card notifications in the Quicken Mobile app settings, but that hasn't made a difference. At this time, I receive a notification 0% of the time. On desktop, I'm using Quicken Mac, recently updated to v. 5.15.2. My Quicken card account shows up correctly, and transactions do post and sync; I just don't receive the instant transaction notifications any more. Any suggestions for how I can fix, or is the problem not with me?
