Data not downloading from First State Bank

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
When I sign in to my online banking account then put in my vault password I get a message,
" Quickens online service is unavailable at the time. Please try again later." This has gone on for 2 months. I need to talk to a person to help me with this, I am not computer savvy. Please send me a phone # to call. I know the wait will be long. Thanks Donna

There are multiple potential solutions posted in this (rather lengthy) discussionPlease try them, from "log in as different user" over "validate data file" and "fix firewall settings" to "reinstall Quicken", and let us know which one worked for you.
