Problem inporting QFX file

I am using an up-to-date version of Quicken Delux (Canada) for Mac. I can download a QFX file from Tangerine Bank which specifies it is a QFX for Quicken. Tangerine is listed in Quicken as one of the supported institutions. When I try to import the QFX file, it seems to be working then gives me a dialogue saying "Quicken is unable to update this account because Web Connect support for your financial institution has been either temporarily, or permanently discontinued [CC-885]." I have contacted Tangerine Bank and have been assured that they still support Web Connect and have not had others having this problem. I see from questions asked here at this forum that others are having this problem with various banks, but I cannot find any solution. Please help. Thanks.

The problem is that Tangerine IS registered to support QFX import fur only for the Windows version BUT NOT for the Mac version. Instead, Quicken Connect is available for import from Tangerine for the Mac version (though note that the equivalent EWC (Express Web Connect) is NOT available for the Windows version).

So, you can choose to switch to use Quicken Connect (be aware that this means your data will be aggregated on Quicken servers for this feature) or you need to have Tangerine register for QFX (aka Web Connect) for the Mac.
