One Step Investment Updates must be done manually

I have been using Quicken for many years. Recently updated to 2020 subscription. In the past, security updates happened automatically. Now, I must manually do a One Step Update to download security values.

If you haven't already, you may want to check the preference setting: select
Edit > Preferences...

Thanks. It was already checked to automatically download. I will uncheck, close Quicken, re-open and check it again. See if that works.

Are you talking about security price updates, which

's suggestion should fix, or downloading transactions?
