Well, in this case, Quicken definitely
has
said this functionality is coming. It's been stated by a moderator here on the site, as well as the Quicken Mac product manager. Yes, of course, they know this is functionality users need. It's already supported by their back-end service provider, but the code for the front-end in Quicken Mac isn't quite ready yet. They decided to release the basic functionality so users could start setting up their payees for billing and seeing how the new bill payment works, because they were facing an impending May 31 deadline from their service provider to terminate the old service. (That deadline has now been extended 3 months.) We don't know which release of Quicken Mac will contain this added functionality, but it certainly seems logical to expect it before the old Quicken Bill Pay service is terminated.

Are you talking about the Bill Manager, or what?
You're yelling so loudly that no one can understand you.
And, if you are talking about the new Bill Manager ... Q NEVER pre-announces the content of updates until just before that update is released. So, no one who knows the answer to your rant it talking.

Yes this is bill pay, but is there an alternative way to pay a bill with a FUTURE DATE in Quicken.
WIth respect to negative comments about "rant", you are obviously missing the point that this is a rather basic requirement, Furthermore if you search on future payments you will the large number of customer complaining/asking for the same thing. So this "rant" is warranted IMHO given these factors.
Lastly, I see Q will not release dates (common in software) but can they at least acknowledge that it is coming and approx soon...alak the nextrelase or 2?

And you're missing the point about future features NEVER being pre-announced.
And it was your use of many Caps that prompted the rant comment.
