When does the membership period begin/end?
Howard Hoffman
Hi,
If I purchase a retail box of 2018 with 2-year subscription, when will it end? Does it start on the day when I install and activate and expire 2 years from that date? Or is there a cutoff date for 2018 to expire?
Thanks

Hello
@Howard Hoffman
,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your questions.
When purchasing a 2-year subscription through retail stores, your subscription activates the day you enter the activation code after installing the program and does expire 2 years from the date of activation. The activation code itself, expires 24 months after the activation code was generated.
