Canadian version versus the US version

Hello,
I recently upgraded from Quicken Starter to the Business and Rental edition. I logged into my quicken account and upgraded from there. It took me some time to figure this out but I was sold the US version of Quicken instead of the Canadian one. I cannot use it with Canadian banks and the currency is in USD.
I have sent in two tickets - this was before I knew why it wasn't working correctly - but have not received any response. I would like to exchange the US version for the Canadian one; how does one do that? Is there an email I can send the request to perhaps? I was on hold for 70 minutes today and finally just hung up.

Go to: https://www.quicken.com/canada Move the Mouse over Sign in and click My Account.
After signing in, you should be here: https://www.quicken.com/canada/my-account
You should see Download Quicken. Click Download for Windows and save the Download.
If you don't see Download Quicken, then you purchased from the US site.
