Canadian version versus the US version

I recently upgraded from Quicken Starter to the Business and Rental edition. I logged into my quicken account and upgraded from there. It took me some time to figure this out but I was sold the US version of Quicken instead of the Canadian one. I cannot use it with Canadian banks and the currency is in USD.

I have sent in two tickets - this was before I knew why it wasn't working correctly - but have not received any response. I would like to exchange the US version for the Canadian one; how does one do that? Is there an email I can send the request to perhaps? I was on hold for 70 minutes today and finally just hung up.
