CC-503 error adding Comenity / Justice CC account

The Justice credit card recently moved from Capital One to Comenity. Despite my verifying I have the correct credentials, I keep getting a CC-503 error when trying to add the credit card to my list of accounts.
I have the latest version of Quicken installed on my Win10 device (R25.21).

Hello @GlennD
Thank you for the response and confirming that you have attempted the available steps for the CC-503 error, although I am sorry to hear that the error continues to persist.
At this point, I would recommend contacting Quicken Support for a review of the logs and a possible escalation to our service providers to resolve.
Thank you,

Step 1 + 2 were previously done (as mentioned when i said I verified the correct credentials). As this account had not been previously updated through Quicken, step 3 is N/A.0
