problem printing checks (Q Mac)

when printing multiple checks (2 or more) the printer pauses for a "cleaning", then when resuming printer it prints the same checks again.

    Which type of checks are you printing? Standard, Voucher, Wallet?

    When did this issue start? Were there any changes prior to this issue beginning?
