Online quicken cloud not syncing with desktop
I've used Quicken forever. Last year I updated my quicken 2017 to online but still always input through my pc version. I was at another computer yesterday and went to quicken.com and inputed for about 6 hours into the cloud. When I got to my desktop and tried to sync it nothing downloads. When I try to sync to quicken cloud I get error messages on 4 transactions from sept 2019 when I first created the account. My cloud will sync with my bank and my desktop will sync with my bank but my cloud and desktop won;t sync. I'm pulling my hair out that I spent 6 hours inputting and 2 hours trying to get things to communicate. cloud will let me download the transactions to a spread sheet but that seems worthless.
