I am unable to sync American Express.

When I try to add American Express to my mobile sync, I get error CC580. I am running Quicken 2020 R25.21 build 27.1.25.21. I removed AMEX from the sync and then tried to add it again. It still fails. All my other accounts sync perfectly. Is there a problem with AMEX?

You need to activate your AmEx account on your desktop Quicken so you can download transactions via One Step Update before you can add the account to the Sync to Mobile process.Here's more about CC 580: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-message-when-updating-accounts-cc-890-cc-891-or-cc-580

Thanks for your response, but it is activated on my Desktop. I have been using it for months on the desktop. It just won't sync with the mobile.0
