I paid for a 2 year subscription in february and do not have the update

    I clearly did not look around here before asking my question. I didn't leave any of the pertinent information. After posting and then looking at previous answers I found the link to download and did so. I was not asked for a registration number. After the install when I look at Help - About I see this info:
    Year: 2020
    Version: R25.21
    Build: 27.1.25.21
    Membership Valid Until: February 18, 2022
    Am I good to go?

  • I am blocked from downloading. When I attempt to pay for membership I receive a message that my membership is valid through 2/27/2021. Yes I did pay a membership in Fed

    After paying for your Membership renewal, did you log into your Account using your Browser, not Quicken, to:  https://www.quicken.com/  Move the mouse over SIGN IN and click My Account. Sign in using your Quicken User ID and password and verify, your Membership with Quicken.com?

    If it states, Active until 2/27/2021, Open Quicken. Under Help, click Check Membership Status, to update the Desktop Application.

    If it does not state, Active until 2/27/2021, you cannot buy an extension from Quicken.com, which is why you are being blocked from paying again.

    You need to be within 6 months of your Membership expiring.
