    As far as I know you can't.  The Notes field only shows up in the register, and the register print out has a fixed format with the exception of including/excluding splits.

    I might be mistaken about this but I don't believe there is any way to get the notes column to show in reports...at least I've never found a way to do that and I didn't find any way to do that in Help.  If you want some transaction notes to print out put them in the Memo field which will print out.
